Through nutrition, Pilates and financial wellness, Mehta Health helps our members promote and safeguard their independence. We believe meals, movement, and money are key components to make sure we are in the driver seat of our lives, allowing for autonomy and personal decision making. We value aging well and independence is absolutely necessary to decide how we want to show up in the world. What about independence is most important to you?

Ashley Mehta
Is a registered dietitian and a diabetes care and education specialist with over a decade of experience counseling patients through a wide range of health concerns using a person-first, compassionate approach. Her primary clinical interest is metabolic health, rooted in a background in biochemistry and holistic medicine—and fueled by a genuine love of food—making nutrition the natural intersection of science, healing, and enjoyment. Lived experience shaped her commitment to realism in care: honoring budget, access, culture, and preferences rather than idealized plans. More recently, Ashley has expanded her holistic care toolbox by teaching Pilates, integrating movement as a powerful support for aging well, resilience, and whole-person health.
